Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide information to clients regarding salon services and pricing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and schedules
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of salon services and products for upselling opportunities
