Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of beauty services, including threading, waxing, facials treatments, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any skin concerns, offering personalised recommendations and solutions.

Educate clients about proper skincare routines and aftercare instructions to enhance their overall well-being.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques to continually improve and expand your skill set.

Collaborate with the team to achieve salon goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the salon.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in threading, waxing, facials, and laser treatments.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty trends.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to assess clients' skin conditions, providing tailored recommendations.

Exceptional communication skills to engage clients and provide comprehensive consultations.

Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
