to join our team and support the next generation of beauty professionals.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Tutor, you'll deliver high-quality training in a variety of beauty therapy subjects such as skincare, makeup, nails, all the way up to aesthetics level . You'll work with learners at different stages of their careers, helping them gain confidence and qualifications in a practical, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on beauty training sessions Support students through both theory and practical assessments Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners succeed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and standards

What We're Looking For:

Recognised beauty qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent) Teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, AET, or willingness to work towards one) Industry experience in salons, spas, or freelance settings Passion for teaching, mentoring, and the beauty industry Excellent communication and organisational skills

Hours can be full time or part time depending on your needs.

15 per hour (with AET or equivalent teaching qualification) National Minimum Wage (per age bracket) if you do not currently hold AET - support may be offered to gain this qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 29,250.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tonbridge TN9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Location: In person
