Job Description

Justteachers is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH school in Blackpool on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an individual with hands-on experience working with students with Autism and ADHD who is passionate about providing meaningful support to children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group mentoring support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other behavioural needs. Develop tailored behaviour support plans to meet individual needs and support students' academic, social, and emotional progress. Establish positive relationships with students, helping to build their confidence, self-esteem, and resilience within the school setting. Willingness to Teach/ Lead classes (If required) - Training Provided
Requirements:

Proven experience working with children and young people with Autism and ADHD. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques. Ability to build trusting relationships with students and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient approach to managing challenging behaviour. Commitment to supporting the welfare and development of all students.

Pay: 100.00-140.00 per day
