What You'll Do



Mentor pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, guiding them through behavioural and emotional challenges. Build trust and positive relationships that help students re-engage with learning. Use restorative approaches and creative strategies to promote resilience and confidence.

What We're Looking For



Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour. A calm, patient approach and the ability to think on your feet. A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their potential.
