8:30am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)

89 per day


Do you have a passion for supporting children to overcome challenges and thrive in school? We are seeking a

Behaviour Mentor

to join a friendly primary school in Littlehampton. This role focuses on providing

1:1 support

to a pupil with behavioural needs, helping them engage positively with learning and school life.

What you'll be doing:

Working closely with a child to manage behaviour and build positive routines Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation and social skills Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to create a supportive environment Encouraging confidence and resilience through tailored interventions

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting children with behavioural or social/emotional needs Calm, patient, and proactive approach Ability to build trust and strong relationships Commitment to helping every child succeed
