Bench Joiner

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-2pm

Hourly Rate:

starting rate 13.00 per hour dependent on experience

Structured pay scale in place with the opportunity to progress within the Company.*

About The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

+ Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications to produce joinery items. + Assemble kitchen and bathroom wood products using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. + Construct and finish bespoke furniture, cabinetry, doors, and other wooden fittings.
+ Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organised workbench and workshop area.
+ Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
+ Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Similar experience building / constructing units Have practical skills for using hand and machine tools Ability to perform tasks within health and safety guidelines Excellent Time and Attendance Record Ability to work in a fast environment Attention to detail Experience of working in a team with ability to use own initiative and work independently
