Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various joinery tasks, including fabrication and assembly, with a focus on joinery. This role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality work for listed or conservation work and other related tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency in the workshop.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications and drawings Execute joinery tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes Utilise hand tools and power tools inc planners, saws, spindle moulders and tenoners safely and effectively Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in joinery. Strong skills in fabrication, assembly and joinery techniques Familiarity with hand tools , power tools and wood machinery used in the construction of windows, doors, staircases and cabinetry. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

Pay: 26,280.00-32,448.00 per year
