Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in HR and benefits, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and service to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for all employee benefits schemes, including, healthcare, life assurance, and flexible benefits.
Respond to employee queries regarding benefits via email, phone, and internal platforms.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process in relation to benefits enrolment and termination.
Support the annual benefits renewal and enrolment processes.
Liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of benefits
Help prepare employee communications, FAQs, and guides related to benefits.
Run regular reports and assist with data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Reconciliation and Processing of monthly/ad hoc benefit invoices
Support the Benefits Team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager, including diary management.
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Recent Graduate or school leaver.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
