This is a key role within the team, providing high-quality support to ensure Employee Services Consultants and Directors can consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities
Support and train team members to maintain a high-quality service
Provide high quality technical support
Prepare accurate reports, quotes, and client documents
Improve processes and update templates to boost efficiency
Manage claims, renewals, and scheme updates, keeping all parties informed.
Handle new business enquiries promptly and professionally
Process client claims and provide regular updates
Keep all documentation and records accurate and up to date
Skills & experience required
Active CPD
Experience in working in for a Employee Benefits Consultancy or IFA specialising in Employee Benefits
Working towards Diploma level 4
Proficient in Group Schemes
Strong industry knowledge
Report writing and presentation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
