Billing Assistant (Property Management)
Location:
Glasgow (177 Bothwell Street, G2 7EA)
This position is full time, permanent with hybrid working.
Role Purpose
To assist in the end-to-end process of billing all Property Management revenue, across multiple revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice raising through K2 & Peoplesoft Platforms - across all revenue streams, ensuring SOX compliance:
Property Management Fees
Facilities Management Fees
Variable Fees
Ad Hoc fees
Project setup and maintenance on Peoplesoft
Management of Central Inbox
Respond to all SOX/Audit requests and queries
Invoice Uploads to P2P system for automatic payment
Proactive resolution of rejected/cancelled/queried items on P2P and those in the Registered/error status.
Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation, and escalation.
Assist PM & FM Finance Business Partners & Assistant Business Partners as required
Ad hoc projects and reporting support as required.

Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Comfortable with high volume, fast paced environment
Quickly learns new and complex processes and the potential to implement new ones
