We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating blending equipment to produce high-quality products, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the process. Duties
Operate blending machinery according to standard operating procedures, ensuring precise measurements and mixture consistency.
Monitor the blending process, adjusting parameters as necessary to meet product specifications.
Conduct quality assurance checks on blended and powdered products, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
Analyse product samples to verify composition and consistency, documenting findings accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the blending area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, performing basic maintenance or reporting faults to technical teams.
Record production data meticulously, including batch numbers, quantities, and processing times for traceability purposes.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on process efficiencies or potential enhancements.
Experience
Previous experience working with blending or mixing equipment within a manufacturing or food production environment is desirable but not essential.
Strong analysis skills with an ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices to ensure product standards are consistently met.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring precise measurements and documentation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
