We're growing fast, and we're looking for a

driven, experienced Property Manager

who's ready to take ownership of their portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll be:

Taking the lead on your

own portfolio

of residential blocks. Building strong relationships with leaseholders, directors, and residents. Carrying out regular

site inspections

and attending AGMs. Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and major works with trusted contractors. Managing service charge budgets and financial reporting. Keeping everything

compliant with legislation and health & safety standards

. Problem-solving, negotiating, and making sure residents feel heard.
What We're Looking For

You're a people person with a professional edge -- confident, organised, and always ready to take initiative.

? Experienced in

block or estate management

? Strong understanding of landlord & tenant legislation
? Excellent communication & organisational skills
? Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload
? Full UK driving licence + own car

IRPM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus -- and we'll support you if you want to gain it.
