Birmingham (Portfolio includes sites across the Southeast, Yorkshire, and Derbyshire)
Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

40,000-45,000

The Role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Block Manager to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential developments. You'll be joining a driven and supportive team where your input will make a real difference. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a forward-thinking property company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service charge budgets and review year-end accounts
Coordinate and supervise contractors across multiple trades
Ensure H&S compliance and fire risk actions are completed on schedule
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Organise and lead residents' meetings and liaise with local authorities
Manage major works projects including Section 20 consultations
Oversee upkeep of communal areas and contractor performance
Maintain accurate compliance records and safety logs
Handle insurance claims related to property incidents
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in block or estate management
Strong understanding of property compliance, health & safety, and fire safety
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
Able to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach
IRPM, ARLA, or TPI qualifications (or working towards) - desirable but not essential
