Blockchain Developer

Solidity

Ethereum ecosystem

Role Overview

The role involves contributing to the development and deployment of smart contracts, with an emphasis on reliability, gas efficiency, and security. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product leaders to ship features to production that directly impact users and help build the backbone of a globally distributed storage protocol.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using

Solidity

on the

Ethereum blockchain

Collaborate with backend and protocol engineers to integrate smart contracts with off-chain infrastructure Optimize contracts for minimal gas usage and maximum security Contribute to architecture decisions for decentralized data storage protocols Participate in code reviews, audits, and security assessments Maintain documentation and write tests to ensure reliability

Required Qualifications

Proven experience developing smart contracts in

Solidity

Hands-on experience with the

Ethereum ecosystem

, including testnets and deployment tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ethers.js) Track record of contributing to

real-world blockchain projects

Strong understanding of decentralization principles, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms Familiarity with storage networks or protocols is a plus (e.g., Filecoin, IPFS)
