Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: You'll work one Saturday morning in every three (8:30am-12:30pm).

7.55 per hour
What You'll Do:
As an apprentice in the Customer Service team, you'll learn how to:
Help Customers Book Appointments:
Talk to customers on the phone and help them book car services or repairs.
Talk About Extra Services:
Learn how to recommend extra services or products that might help the customer.
Work With the Team:
Communicate with other staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Use Computer Systems:
Get trained to use systems to keep customer details and bookings accurate.
Work Towards Goals:
Support the team in reaching targets for customer satisfaction and service bookings.

3 GCSE'S in English, Maths & another subject at Grade C/4
What you will gain from the apprenticeship

BMW Service Advisor Certification
You will work with a BMW Mentor who will visit every 12 weeks to set targets and enhance development through the apprenticeship
