As Bodyshop Administrator you will be working in a busy Bodyshop environment, where you will be responsible for assisting in administration of all bodywork matters. A key part of this role is liaising with insurance companies and processing warranty claims in a correct and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be motivated, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.
Key responsibilities:
Liaise with insurance companies and customers regarding vehicle repairs
Process warranty claims accurately in a timely manner
Diary management - customer bookings, courtesy cars, recovery drivers
Assist with day-to-day administration
Maintain up to date knowledge of Bodyshop procedures
Work as part of the Bodyshop team
