We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our friendly team at Trenhams ARC. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within our bodyshop while providing excellent customer service and help to others. Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services. Assist other staff members in other areas to help with processes. Handle phone calls professionally, addressing customer needs and scheduling appointments. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Positive attitude to want to do well for the business. Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Familiarity with computers, phones and web portals would be ideal.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
