Workshop Supervisor / Controller
Due to continued growth,Bodytech Collision Repair Centre
is looking for an experiencedWorkshop Supervisor / Controller
to oversee our busy and professional bodyshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and in-depth body repair knowledge to step into a leadership role.Key Responsibilities:
Allocate and distribute work across the workshop Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met Keep the front office updated on progress and any delays Carry out final quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet our high standards Support workshop foremen and foster a positive, collaborative team culture Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of body repair processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident, professional, and approachable manner Computer literacy (advantageous) Full, clean driving licence
