Key Responsibilities:
Allocate and distribute work across the workshop
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Keep the front office updated on progress and any delays
Carry out final quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet our high standards
Support workshop foremen and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of body repair processes
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident, professional, and approachable manner
Computer literacy (advantageous)
Full, clean driving licence
