Job Description

Based in Retford, Revival Beds manufacture luxury wooden beds and bedroom furniture.

A permanent, part-time position is now available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a permanent basis.

Working 8 hours per week over 2 days - preferably Tuesday's & Thursday's 10am-2pm, but can be flexible.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience of using; Xero, Dext & BrightPay software.

Responsibilities:



Preparation of reports and monthly accounts Data entry and processing purchase ledger invoices and paying suppliers Sales invoicing and debtors control Reconciliation of bank accounts Petty cash and credit card reconciliation Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns Process weekly payroll Maintenance of employee holidays and absence records General assistance and support for the team and business where necessary (filing, post and answering calls in a courteous and professional manner)

The ideal candidate and experience required:



2-3 years bookkeeping experience Xero, Dext, BrightPay, Microsoft Office & Gmail suite Processing journals and month / year-end reports VAT returns and payroll Ability to deal with transactions accurately A positive, enthusiastic team player who is a fast learner Ability to deal with numerous clients in a logical, time efficient manner Excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to take ownership of own workload

Package:



Permanent position - 8 hours per week (days / hours to be discussed) Competitive salary (depending on experience) 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata / increasing with long service) Workplace pension Training & development opportunities

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour
