We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our team. Duties
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Support year-end audit preparations by organising relevant documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within a professional environment
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
