What You will Be Doing
Being a friendly first point of contact for anyone who gets in touch.
Keeping staff schedules up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Chatting with staff and healthcare professionals to keep everyone in the loop.
Sorting out booking changes quickly and keeping records tidy.
What We are Looking For
You don't need loads of experience - just the right attitude! We will give you training and support. Here's what helps:
A positive, can-do attitude.
Good communication skills - you enjoy talking to people.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, emails).
Someone organised who likes keeping things in order.
