Full Time - 4 days a week + Alternate Weekends

About Us



Launched just under 2 years ago with owners and small team focussed on a new unique photography concept. One centred around more than just what you look like.

A mission to unearth real stories. Not the stories that come up in day-to-day chit-chat or post about online. Discovering our true underlying feelings and what life is ultimately about for us, our 'Why'

It began with a stunning barn conversion makeover set in the idyllic Ouze valley nature reserve in Old Wolverton, just to the North of Milton Keynes.

The perfect location to inspire a lively team of creatives to put their soul towards creating a truly unique bespoke experience that resonates within every customer that walks through the door.

The Role



A rare and important position has arisen in our team. One that will utilise your strength in building connections with people and translate that into 2 core areas of the business. First and foremost, in over the phone bookings and then secondarily in face-to-face design appointments.

Every week we are flooded with hundreds of mothers, fathers and pet owners that would love us to capture their unique story.

We are looking for someone with the unique ability to build authentic meaningful connections who is genuinely interested in discovering each customer's story as they call them on the phone.

To thrive in this aspect of the role you will need:

To love uncovering people's stories and building meaningful connections.

To be naturally organised and thrive working through lists.

Be efficient and able to stay focussed in a lively studio environment.

To have a proactive approach and drive to fill the diary with bookings.

In addition to this, On alternate weekends and some weekday afternoons you will utilise your connection skills in design appointments. This is the final step in customers journey where they return to view their pictures.

Here you will reconnect them with their 'why' show how the images have really captured the personality and bonds that matter most.

You will work with them using the design software to drag and crop the images to build stunning multi-image collections that tell their story and sit perfectly in their home.

You will calculate their order and create payment plans where necessary to help find a package that suits their budget.

To thrive in this aspect of the role you will need:

Strong listening and interpretation skills. Be a great reader of people.

Experience in face-to-face sales.

An interest in home design and artwork creations. (we will train the design skills)

Confident communication skills.

Strong organisation and numeracy skills.

An authentic ability to relate to family and pet owners.

Hours/Schedule



The hours for the role are as follows:

Mon: 9:45 - 18:15 - Bookings

Tue: 11:00 - 19:30 - Bookings plus 18:00 Design appt

Wed: 9:45 - 18:15 - Bookings

Thu: 11:00 - 19:30 - Bookings plus 18:00 Design appt

Fri: Off

Sat: 9:45 - 18:15 Design Appointments (Alternating 1 weekend on/one weekend off)

Sun 9:45 - 18:15 Design Appointments (Alternating 1 weekend on/one weekend off)

*All days include a 30 min lunch break
