Optimum Medical have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our fantastic team!

As a Customer Experience Specialist you must possess a passion for healthcare and have an unquestionable desire to provide the best patient experience, allowing you to spend time with patients and contribute to making a real difference to their lives. Supporting customers to return to their daily routine by finding the product that suits their needs, you will aim to find the best solution for them.

Responsibilities



As part of our team, you will:

Proactively contact existing and prospective customers for feedback on services and product usage Provide expert advice across a range of product areas including urology, stoma and nephrostomy Identifying and assessing customer needs related to product enquires and sample requests Drive sales and conversion to the Vyne service and product ranges Guide users through product selection and usage Manage sample orders and provide meaningful follow-up Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer experiences whilst seeking valuable feedback Show sensitivity to the needs of the customer, including the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times Develop strong relationships with the customers to support retention and growth
This is not a cold calling role. Instead, you will respond to real challenges that customers are facing, offering compassionate customer service and clinically informed solutions.

Requirements



Experience in a telephone based customer experience/service/care role Experience in outbound calling, telesales or a target driven environment is desirable Motivated by making a difference to people's lives Excellent communication skills Empathetic, compassionate and supportive listening skills Motivated by making a difference to people's lives Comfortable working to performance targets Confident to receive and contribute feedback to constantly create better
