The Bookings & Reservations Assistant supports the sales, operations and finance functions within the business and is responsible for processing resort bookings and reservations enquiries.
This vital role assists the sales, operations and finance teams with maximising revenues across golf, dining, hotel, membership and events, and is often the first point of contact in the visitor journey. Ultimately responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communications with every department to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
