Inception Group is a fun, creative, and dynamic hospitality company founded in 2009. We operate a collection of unique bars, restaurants, and club concepts across South West and Central London.
We are seeking a full-time Reservations Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent role, starting immediately, based in our office with some hybrid working.
About You
Experience in hospitality, reservations, or sales is preferred, but not essential
A bright, articulate, and enthusiastic personality is key
Excellent phone manner is a must
Knowledge of SevenRooms is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Handle all booking enquiries via telephone and email
Generate additional bookings across venues, guest lists, and private events
Ensure all bookings are directed to the correct Inception Group venues
Accurately record customer data and use reservations software effectively
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information on pricing, menus, and events
Promote special offers, party packages, and events, upselling where appropriate
Maintain knowledge and use of Inception Group's brand language and style
Handle customer complaints
Handle 3rd party wesbite bookings
Coordinate administrative tasks such as refund processing and invoice
