We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager and bookkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks while supporting our team in achieving their goals. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of accounting software.

Responsibilities



Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll processes. Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis. Demonstrated experience in a teamwork-oriented environment. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to create and implement systems for more effective record-keeping. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
