Reporting to the Managing Director the Bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties...
Purchase & Sales ledger entry
Supplier statement reconciliations and supplier debit notes.
Supplier payments.
Daily bank reconciliations.
Payroll Processing
VAT Returns
EC Sales, VIES and Intrastrat returns
Revenue reconciliations (Vat & PAYE)
Previous experience
Previous experience working in a busy office environment Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification Experience Using Intact (Desirable)
Skills:
Bank Reconciliation VAT ledgers Fixed Assets Balance Sheet
Must be highly motivated & capable of working on own initiative
Flexible approach to working hours
Available to work Saturdays/Sundays if needed during busy working periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
