As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the dealership. Your role will include:
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing VAT returns
Payroll support and record-keeping
Assisting with monthly and annual accounts preparation
Liaising with management and external accountants
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in bookkeeping
Confident with accounting software (experience with Xero/QuickBooks/Sage is an advantage)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
A good communicator, comfortable working in a small but busy office
