About the Role

We're looking for a bright, organised, and enthusiastic

Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant

to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for all things invoices, payments, and accounts, helping us stay on top of our finances while we focus on making playtime perfect.

This role is ideal for someone who loves getting things in order, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys being part of a small, friendly team where every day brings something new!

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping - from invoices and receipts to reconciliations. Keeping our accounts up to date and accurate (because we like things neat and tidy here!). Supporting VAT returns and compliance submissions. Helping with payroll and employee expense tracking. Working with management to monitor budgets and cash flow. Liaising with our accountants, suppliers, and HMRC when needed. Providing simple reports and insights to keep us on track.

Who You Are

You've got experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance. You're confident with numbers and familiar with software like

Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage

. You've got great attention to detail -- spotting mistakes before they cause chaos! You're organised, reliable, and great at managing your own time. You're friendly, approachable, and happy to be part of a small, fun-loving team. (Bonus points if you've got an

AAT qualification

or are working towards one!)
