Bookkeeper
to join our friendly team and help us stay on top of our financial systems as we continue to grow.
About the Role:
As our Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Your main responsibilities will include:
Creating and sending invoices promptly and accurately
Managing and reconciling accounts using
Xero accounting software
Chasing outstanding debts professionally and effectively
Supporting the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Preparing financial reports and summaries when required
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
Strong working knowledge of
Xero
(essential)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence in managing invoicing and credit control
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
Desirable but Not Essential:
Experience working in the care or charity sector
AAT qualification or equivalent
