4 years of experience in bookkeeping role

This is what you will be doing:
Rules, Rules, Rules
- setting supplier rules and logic patterns for our bots to follow leaving the more interesting aspects of bookkeeping to you.
Keeping customers happy
- Looking after your allocated clients to help resolve the day-to-day transactions.
Bank Reconciliations
- along with the standard bank accounts you will proficient in reconciling Stripe, GoCardless, Paypal, I-Zettle and other payment methods
Sales and Purchase Ledgers
- maintaining clean ledgers at all times
Control Accounts
- reconciling customer receipts to sales via the use of control accounts.
VAT Returns Preparation
- a clear understanding of VAT including Import VAT, PVA, Margin Relief and preparing the returns to a review ready state
Prepayments and Accruals
- recognising prepaid or missing costs within the profit and loss report
Loan/Hire Purchase Agreements
- setting up loans and interest costs according to TNC recipes
Fixed Assets
- adding to and maintaining all aspects of the fixed asset register within Xero.
Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss Reviews
- to review your work to a finished level ready for your colleagues including wages payable and coding reviews
KPI Results driven
- Scheduling your tasks, making sure our services are delivered to the customer on time.
