We are a growing real estate and construction company based in London, seeking a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone organized, proactive, and confident handling both financial and office admin responsibilities including some property mangement tasks
Responsibilities:
Full-function bookkeeping using
Xero
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage payroll and pension submissions
Prepare and submit
VAT and CIS returns
Support with monthly financial reporting and liaise with external accountants
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple projects
Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and supply management
Communicate with clients, tenants, suppliers, HMRC, and internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum 4
years' bookkeeping and admin experience
Xero
or similar accounting software
experience is essential
Good knowledge of UK statutory filings (VAT, PAYE, CIS, pensions)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
Background in
real estate or construction

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital systems
