An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, team-orientated and motivated company in a branch of Telecommunications that is modern and flourishing.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the primary responsibility of the of Bookkeeper/Office Administrator will be to assist in the provision to our Finance and Administrative functions. This full-time permanent role will be based at our main office in Wareham with flexible remote working dependent on business requirements.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week

Main Duties:



Key Responsibilities:



Undertaking financial administration Bookkeeping Payroll administration VAT returns Assisting in preparation of relevant reports

General administrative duties may include:



Building Facilities Administration Health & Safety Administration Documentation Management Control System Administration & Co-ordination Company Travel Bookings General Procurement Recruitment Administration & Co-ordination Procedures and Documentation for HR, Recruitment & Administration. Ad Hoc duties as delegated by the Finance Manager or other Senior Team Member
