Location: Remote working policy is in place with office days to meet business demands and regular collaboration days in the Surrey area. Quarterly team meetings held off-site in the Midlands
Hours: Full Time - 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Role Overview
To complete all aspects of bookkeeping to assist external accountants in the production of both monthly management accounts and year end accounts.
Key Accountabilities
Support inbox and reception first response
Bookkeeping
Business banking and payments
Reconciliations
Invoicing
Credit Control
Payroll and commissions
Direct Debit collection management
Sales statistics and figures
Logging and submitting expenses for the exec team
Board Pack production
Subscriptions and Cancellations
Team plan management
CRM management including tasks, deals, contacts
Data Imports to Hubspot for all alerts and subscriptions
Liaising with external accountants for the production of management accounts, payroll, VAT returns, pensions and PAYE//NI

Experience of GoCardless and Stripe
Experience of HubSpot is preferable but not required

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role
Qualifications
AAT, ICB, AIB or equivalent Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping or above

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
