Job Summary:
South Down Healthcare Limited is seeking a detail-oriented qualified Book keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience and possess skills in accounts payable, reconciliations and data entry. Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage and Payroll good IT skills is essential to integrate effectively with admin and patient management system with accounting software used in house.
Responsibilities:-
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry tasks to update financial and administration records
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Process Monthly Payroll and Quarterly tax returns.
Compliance issues and debtors.
Skills:
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively independently
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
IT skills . Confident approach to new software
