Key Accountabilities:

Bordereaux Management


Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.


Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd's Coverholder reporting standards.


Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.



Data Validation and Upload


Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux to internal systems.


Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches.


Resolve queries from outsource partners.



Stakeholder Collaboration


Liaise with internal teams, inc underwriting, finance and claims, and external partners, Coverholders, Broker and TPAs


Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance.


Highlight and escalate persistent data or performance issues.

Role Requirements:

Prior experience in a Bordereaux Technician role within the Lloyd's Market Familiarity with Lloyd's regulatory framework, including binding authority contracts, Coverholder audits and reporting standards Strong understanding of bordereau types: premium, claims and risk

Skills & Competencies Required:

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning) Experience with data integration/mapping tools Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
