Boston Foodbank is a person-centric organisation working to end the need for emergency food provision in the community. It offers a seamless, accessible and supportive journey for people to find support with us and our partner organisations.
Boston Foodbank's mission is to support people in poverty with food parcels and to address the long-term underlying issues of need in the local community. It strives to be self-sufficient and works in close partnership with 55 local referring agencies, Citizens Advice and Centrepoint Outreach. As part of the Church of England Parish of Boston and the Trussell network, the Foodbank has evolved since its establishment in 2011 to understand the changing needs of the population it serves, the root causes of poverty in our community and areas where it can work with partners to achieve shared goals.
