Excel Recruitment is looking for Belfast's best Chefs to work with our Belfast City Centre based client within their Luxury Boutique Hotel, offering a truly different experience than any other venue not just within Belfast but also Northern Ireland.
We are looking for the intelligent, creative chefs from Chef de Partie to all Head and Executive chef levels, creating culinary excellence for international gusts on a low volume high quality basis.
Requirements:

• Previous experience with A La Carte restaurants either here or abroad
• A passion for the art of cooking using only freshly prepared ingredients, ntohing frozen or pre made
• A keen eye for detail and imagination
• Knowledge of all food safety, allergens & health & safety guidelines.
• Positive & high energy attitude
• Ability to work a flexible rota

Responsibilities:

• Working in a low volume high quality kitchen
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are always followed
• Daily producing food of the highest quality
• Utilising your strong technical skills to continually improve the menu & kitchen
• Keen eye for consistency and detail
