This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our small and dedicated team. Reporting to and working with the FOH & Events Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers. This will mean being mainly based at the front desk in the venue, answering telephone enquiries and dealing with box office and hiring enquiries, supporting other team members, including with marketing events and setting up rooms for hires.
We are looking for someone who has an interest in arts and cultural events. You will be required to work flexibly.
We are seeking candidates who understand the importance of providing an exemplary service and have a passion for the hospitality industry. You must be extremely organised with a good approach to problem solving, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
