Dundee
as a Branch Administrator on a part-time (9 hours per week) basis.
The Role
Based at our Dundee office as one of our Administrators, you'll provide administrative support to our Dundee, Perth, Fife and West Lothian branch colleagues to ensure that we operate in an efficient, effective and person-centred way.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role and you'll act as a central point of contact within our branch, coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, including:-
Supporting our services and Branch Leader with administrative tasks
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Banking & finances
Minute-taking
Managing, archiving and retrieving staff files
Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) applications
Ensuring that colleagues are adequately supported and equipped to work within the branch e.g., provision of ID badges, access to relevant Teams channels, allocating devices and other necessary equipment etc. as appropriate
Scheduling and planning meetings
Answering the telephone
Promoting and contributing to setting up, arranging and organising fundraising events.

What we'll need you to bring: -
Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels
Hours of work
This role will involve working in our Dundee office on a Monday 0930-1500 hours and the remaining 3.5 hours worked another day midweek (day and times to be mutually agreed).
