You're in luck, as we're on the lookout for a friendly, efficient and reliable Branch Administrator based in

Glasgow

on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role





As part of our organisational administration team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire Branch, ensuring that our colleagues are supported and that we operate in an efficient, effective and person-centred way.



This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role and you'll act as a central point of contact within our Branch, coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, including:-

Supporting our services and Branch Leader with administrative tasks Processing incoming and outgoing mail Banking & finances Minute-taking Managing, archiving and retrieving staff files Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) applications Updating SSSC records Ensuring that colleagues are adequately supported and equipped to work within the branch e.g., provision of ID badges, access to relevant Teams channels, allocating devices and other necessary equipment etc. as appropriate Scheduling and planning meetings Answering the telephone Promoting and contributing to setting up, arranging and organising fundraising events.

About you





What we'll need you to bring: -



Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach Excellent attention to detail

Shift patterns





This role will involve working in our Glasgow office during office hours Monday-Friday.
