We're on the lookout for an
exceptional Branch Manager
to lead the charge in Sunderland. This is a rare opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:
As the driving force behind our brand-new Sunderland branch, you'll play a hands-on, high-impact role in shaping its success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Generating New Business
- Actively seek out and convert new opportunities to grow our residential lettings portfolio.
Being the Local Expert
- Use your deep knowledge of the Sunderland lettings market to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Winning New Instructions
- Carry out professional market appraisals and secure new properties to let and manage.
Pre-Tenancy Coordination
- Handle all admin with precision and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Conducting Inventories
- Accurately document property conditions to protect all parties and maintain high standards.
Property Inspections
- Stay on top of property condition and compliance through regular, detailed inspections.
Managing Check-Outs
- Lead efficient, fair, and professional check-out processes at the end of tenancies.
Delivering First-Class Service
- Be a trusted point of contact for both landlords and tenants, providing proactive and responsive support at every stage.
Supporting Our PBSA Team
- Assist with our Purpose-Built Student Accommodation operations during peak summer turnaround - a great chance to broaden your experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum 1 year experience as a Lettings Manager
ARLA qualified
Full clean driving license
Skills & Abilities
Excellent relationship builder
Target driven and financially motivated
Resilient, positive and detail orientated
A can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish priorities and manage a diverse workload
Flexible, with demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
