Job Description
We have an exciting and rare opportunity to come and join the National Home Move franchise as a Branch Manager working out of our Your Move office in Bognor Regis. We are looking for a motivated, proactive professional currently working within the Estate Agency Sector as either a Branch Manager or Valuer.
The successful candidate will display excellent people management skills and be extremely customer service focused.
As a branch sales manager you will be responsible for:
Driving and maximising 4 main income streams.
Growing both residential market share.
Conducting both residential and lettings valuations.
The day to day running of the branch.
Providing effective leadership to your team.
Ensuring all business objectives are met.
