inspire and empower a team of brand ambassadors

to deliver standout in-store sampling events across major retailers.

What's in it for you?

Part-Time, Permanent (14 hrs/week - Friday to Sunday)

10,592 to 11,605/annum OTE

34p per mile travel allowance

Territory:

Aylesbury, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Slough, Dunstable and surrounds

Your Mission

Team Leader

, you'll be the driving force behind a team of passionate in-store samplers. Your role is all about:Coaching and developing new & existing team members Building strong relationships with store managers Ensuring every activation is delivered to the highest standard Inspiring enthusiasm, energy and performance every single shift

What You'll Bring

Experience leading or training a team (Retail / Events / Hospitality / Field Sales / Promotions welcome!) A proactive, hands-on approach Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset Full UK driving licence & your own reliable car
