Telecommunications Brand Ambassador (Broadband Sales) Job Summary Would you like to earn \xc2\xa31000 a week for the work you do, or stuck on a basic salary no matter what effort you have put in? Strong Direct Marketing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic sales team. As a Brand Ambassador specializing in broadband sales, you will be the face of our telecommunications offerings, promoting and selling broadband services to potential customers. Your role involves building strong customer relationships, staying informed about industry trends, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell broadband services to prospective customers in a retail or field environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about broadband plans and features.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
  • Build your own lead pipeline to expand your hot lead pool.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate the value of our broadband services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Knowledge of broadband services, telecommunications technology, and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work in various settings, including residential campaigns and promotional events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Must be commutable distance to Burgess Hill, Horsham, Redhill, Crawley and Croydon
  • Full Time and Part Time Hours available (15 to 37.5 hours available per week), Monday to Friday 12pm-7pm & (optional) Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm*** (with flexibility)
  • High school diploma; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
