At Playbook Direct, we're on the lookout for energetic, ambitious individuals to join our Manchester-based team as Entry Level Brand Ambassadors. What's the Role All About?

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be representing big-name clients in face-to-face campaigns across events, residential areas, and pop-up locations. You'll be the voice of the brand - engaging with customers, building genuine connections, and helping them find the right product or service in a friendly, professional way.

Each day is different, and every interaction is a new opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Engagement: Speak directly with potential customers in person, bringing energy and personality to every interaction. Product Representation: Confidently promote client products and services, explaining key benefits and tailoring the message to suit individual needs. Sales and Performance: Manage the full customer journey - from first contact to closing the deal - while hitting personal and team targets. Campaign Development: Work with your team to fine-tune messaging, improve results, and keep the brand experience fresh. Teamwork & Collaboration: Share ideas, celebrate wins, and support your teammates in a vibrant, high-energy environment. Leadership Exposure: As you develop, you'll be given the chance to lead mini-projects or mentor newcomers.
