As an Entry-level Customer Service Brand Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting customer interactions and representing client brands with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers to provide friendly, helpful, and informative support Represent client brands at events, promotional activities, and customer touchpoints Assist with answering enquiries and offering product or service information Gather customer feedback and help identify service improvements Maintain accurate records of interactions, enquiries, and updates Support marketing and brand awareness activities as needed Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communications Work closely with team members to deliver an excellent customer journey

Requirements



No prior experience required - full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude Willingness to learn about customer service and brand representation Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
