We're looking for a creative, driven, and cheese-loving

Brand & Community Manager

to join our team. You'll be the voice of the brand across social platforms, a community builder, and a key player in shaping how the world sees and experiences cheesegeek.

This is a golden (cheddar?) opportunity to take ownership of our brand presence, grow a loyal and engaged community, and create content and campaigns that cut through the noise.

Responsibilities

Manage, engage and grow our online community, mastering our social channels and also continuing to develop our own database of cheese lovers Own and develop the cheesegeek tone of voice so that we consistently stand out across our customer facing channels Create and execute engaging content - we're lucky to work with one of the world's greatest foods. A product that people have genuine passion for. You'll harness this to create daily content that hooks, engages and keeps people coming back. Plan out and build partnerships with like-minded brands that feed into our community goals Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners Proactively engage with the cheese community - be it others in the industry or just cheese lovers so cheesegeek is front of mind Organise and attend events to grow offline presence and community love

Skills

3+ years in a similar brand, community or social media role Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and strong copywriting skills Knows how to build and grow communities online and keep them coming back for more. Particularly Instagram and TikTok A natural at creating engaging, on-brand content - particularly video - and comfortable using Canva and video editing software Analytical mindset - you know what to measure, and how to optimise Passion for food & drink (bonus points if you're a certified cheese nerd) Confident, proactive and self-motivated with a collaborative spirit
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
