Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical

Brand and Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic small team onsite in Telford 5 days per week to start then

hybrid

after 2 months 3 days in 2 days out.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of

Brand

AND

Digital marketing

strategies and tools, with experience in creating and organising B2B marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, aimed at generating

leads

and

new business

.

Ideally we are looking for at least 3 years experience in this expertise, ideally working in a

B2B

business, and also be able to demonstrate the ability to stay in the same role for at least 3 years. ie no job hoppers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Experience in

old school marcoms

as well as digital. Directly

generate leads

for the sales force and measure effectiveness. Manage the social media activities to generate leads. Define and execute brand strategy to position and reinforce the company's position in the market. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Sales friendly and able to organise and coordinate and attend exhibitions and events. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive. Work as part of the management team.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing and brand management Knows how to

generate quality leads

from marketing activities Creative and capable of creating

template driven marcoms

. Sales friendly and happy attending exhibitions. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyse data critically to inform decision-making processes.

Remuneration

Upto 40000 per year

22 days holiday plus stats
